OUR STORY
We are Blue Lady Food, serving the Niagara Region the best in gourmet hotdogs and poutine. Every hotdog and poutine is handcrafted and loaded with the freshest toppings made from the highest quality, locally-sourced ingredients.
You can choose from artisanal twists such as The Canadian Prairie Dog and Bacon-Wrapped Chili Cheese Dog, or if you are feeling nostalgic, you can order a topping for either your juicy dog or your savory poutine that is reminiscent of your childhood like Mac & Cheese and Sloppy Joe.
We will be touring around the Niagara Region Supper Markets and Wineries throughout the Summer. Check back regularly to track our delicious whereabouts.

We are incredibly proud of the dishes we serve and the ingredients we use to make them. We work tirelessly to ensure that we use the freshest, all-natural, locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. Many of our ingredients are also handcrafted daily by our very own kitchen staff.
Fresh
We take fresh and clean eating to a new level. Almost all our ingredients are made fresh daily: Our guac is made-from-scratch daily, our mayonnaise is handcrafted with eggs from our very own free range chickens, and our mac & cheese and sloppy joe toppings are stewed up fresh every morning. And that's just the beginning.
Locally-Sourced
We believe in supporting our local small businesses. Our buns are baked in small batches daily by our baker friends at La Farina in Niagara Falls, our maple syrup is provided by White Meadows in St. Catharines, our potatoes come directly from farms in the Niagara region, and our all-beef hotdogs are supplied from Ontario-based, family run SPRINGER'S!
Handcrafted
We handcraft every hotdog, poutine, and almost every topping (which are made in small batches every morning) to ensure the most delicious experience. Everything from bacon-wrapped dogs that are wrapped by hand and cooked on demand to our hand cut fries that are deep fried only when you've ordered them. It makes a difference!
